How to Store the data values into dataset?

In our project we have to implement scale out state server for that we are storing the data in the SQL server in that we are Insert/Update/Retrieve/Delete operations are performing. But, SQL columns to be mapped to the Scale Out State Server In-Memory Data Grid. For the first time it loads the data from the SQL server and the remaining times it points to the Scale Out State Server In Memory Data Grid.
